Foam Interiors
The Inside Story
We provide an extensive range of high quality foam interiors in a variety of colours, which can be routered or die-cut to fit your case.
For the perfectionist in you - Using computer-aided design tools we can form virtually any shape with pinpoint accuracy, and can optimise product layout within the area available. We will CNC machine your products allowing for a tolerance fit.
For the careful and conscientious - We can supply antistatic foam for those extremely sensitive and valuable microchips for instance.
For the person with their eye on the bottom line - We can supply plain soft HLB foams for you to cut yourself or we can die-cut to a flexible shape to suit your products, this system is better for larger quantities.
We can also provide dual colours, great for tool control and laser mark your logo to the foam, most things are possible, please just call 01531 640543.
