Can you produce any dimensions I require ?

Yes, in our Gefken range, this product is very flexible unlike the conventional plastic case. We can support your casing project by suppling a custom made case for anything from a matchbox to a horse box - well OK, we're exaggerating there, but pretty big anyway!

Can I add my Logo ?

Yes, with our Gefken range we can Screen Print, Laser Mark, or Laminate full artwork to any panel.

We can also Screen Print all our other range of cases.

Can you supply an insert to hold my products in place ?

Yes, we can supply High Density Foam usually routed to precision or Die Cut. Our standard colours are black and grey, however we can supply most colours and there is an option to supply dual colours.

Why do you sell every product at different prices depending on how many I buy ?

Easy ! So you the customer gets every possible saving, we want to make sure you gain too and keep coming back to us because you always know we look after the customer first!

What about delivery ?

All our cases are delivered within 2 - 5 days free of charge, however if you wish to receive the order next day and your order is received before 12pm, there is a express delivery charge of £12.50 per item.  

What happens if my order is not in stock ?

If any of the items ordered are not in stock, we will place them on back order for you and email you with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. We require confirmation of any cancellation by email or fax by return.

Will I have to pay VAT ?

All prices are exclusive of VAT.  VAT at the current rate of 17.5% will therefore be added to all orders.

Can you guarentee Next Day Delivery ?

Next Day delivery cannot be guaranteed to certain regions of the British Isles, if you have any concerns about the area you live in please call our offices 01531 640543.

Please note if you select the Next Day delivery option and our courier is unable to deliver due to the above mentioned The Case Company UK Ltd will not be held responsible and no refund will be given.

Our Guarantee

If you receive your order and for any reason other than the goods being damaged, you do not wish to keep them, you can return them for a refund or exchange, as long as you do so within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return carriage to us and we cannot credit carriage charges incurred regarding the delivery of the order. We will only accept goods back in as new condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

A full refund or exchange is guaranteed for customers returning goods received damaged. Any claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. Do not return goods without the order number given at confirmation stage.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days contact us, and we will trace the delivery and advise you on action to be taken.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Discounts and Vouchers
Discounts or Vouchers may only be redeemed at our Web site, towards the purchase of products listed. Discounts are only valid until date shown and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
